Inova Solutions in San Juan, Puerto Rico is looking for an Account Manager to join the team. You will assist us in promoting and selling our Microsoft based IT Solutions targeted to Large and medium size companies. You will be the main contact person for our existing and new customers and able to build a trusted relationship (trusted advisor).
You are a tech-savvy trendsetter with a commercial drive to achieve targets and objectives. You will develop our existing relationships further and look for new accounts and/or opportunities.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Maintaining and developing the Puerto Rican market
- Developing new leads and turning them into opportunities
- Closing deals and reaching multiple goals
- Maintaining relationships with customers
- Coordinating interactions between customers and our internal professionals
- Achieving targets and multiple goals
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Account Manager - Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business economics
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in selling IT solutions
- Experience in MS O365, Azure and Active directory (at least one certification)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies
- Fluency in the Spanish and English languages
- Familiarity with Microsoft Technology
- Maintaining professional attitude.
