Customer Success Manager – Modern Workplace

As a Modern Workplace Customer Success Manager based in Curacao, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers maximize their use of Microsoft Modern Workplace products and services. You will collaborate with clients to develop strategies and roadmaps that align with best practices and business goals, ensuring their IT processes are optimized and budgets are effectively managed. Your responsibilities will include creating success stories, driving customer satisfaction, and engaging with stakeholders across the Caribbean region to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with Account Managers, Microsoft Product Managers, and the Marketing Team to stay updated on new developments and create impactful marketing activities. Your role will involve analyzing customer data, prioritizing urgent needs, and continuously enhancing the customer experience through education and strategic guidance.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, and or equivalent combination of education and experience  
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English 
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace products and or services including, but it is not limited to, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Microsoft Defender, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, Intune, Microsoft Viva, Power Automate and Power Bi products and services 
  • CRM knowledge.  

Main functions and responsibilities

  • Suggesting to customers strategies to be aligned with best practices 
  • Bringing value to business with IT by supporting customers in (re)-defining their processes 
  • Building a roadmap for customers 12 months in advance, together with recommendations for meeting business goals 
  • Creating IT budgets for customers  
  • Creating Customer Success stories and references 
  • Actively engaging with customers throughout the Caribbean Region and thereby designing, organizing and delivering strategies 
  • Increasing customers’ satisfaction with regards to doing business with Inova Solutions 
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to frequently interact with key accounts 
  • Collaborating with Microsoft Product Managers (PTS) to be informed on new developments, program changes, campaigns, specials and Microsoft driven opportunities 
  • Continuously monitoring the Microsoft Modern Work programs to adjust the strategy, if required 
  • Working with the Marketing Team to create marketing activities that support key objectives 
  • Monitoring the Microsoft Partner Center to keep track of customers´ usage of Modern Work products 
  • Interacting with the Support Team to escalate issues and or projects 
  • Interacting with the Sales Teams to discuss opportunities 
  • Serving as a guide to customers concerning the use of the Inova Solutions

Customer Portal 

  • Advising management to constantly improve the Inova Solutions Customer Portal experience 
  • Commercially responsible for the consumption and increase of the use of Modern Workplace of designated accounts and or new accounts 
  • Discovering customers’ need for Modern Workplace implementation in their companies 
  • Analyzing how misaligned standards affect customers´ business goals 
  • Prioritizing urgent customers´ needs and analyzing risks
  • Being able to analyze customers´ data and transform these into agile business solutions with applications  
  • Organizing and or sharing knowledge, such as designing, organizing and delivering product presentations, webinars, etc., to internal resources and customers related to Microsoft Modern Workplace Solutions 
  • Reviewing Microsoft and third-party new sources related to Modern Workplace developments and updates 
  • Attending Modern Workplace events 
  • Working with Inova Solutions’ Management to develop extensive, relevant and continuous education plans 
  • Reviewing Microsoft and third-party training materials to achieve Microsoft certifications as a continuous education plan.
