Skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years proven overall work experience in a similar position
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• High proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• QuickBooks proficiency
• Experience managing electronic customer payment platforms, including account creation, data entry, and ongoing follow-up (e.g., Ariba, ASG, SIFDE, AAA, etc.)
• High Level knowledge of Excel,
• High-intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 apps
• Data analysis
• Time Management
• Self-Management and Communication skills
• Attention to detail

• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Technology affinity

General requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business-to-Business (B2B) or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in driving marketing growth (increasing company´s visibility, leads, sales, etc.), digital marketing or a similar position
• Hands-on experience with CRM and CMS platforms
• Must be a current legal resident of Curacao.

Main functions and responsibilities
• Preparing and maintaining office and government documents
• Handling reception and correspondence
• Coordinating office services and supplies
• Arranging travel and accommodation for the team
• Conducting collections and deposits
• Managing electronic payment platforms for customers, including creation, data entry, and ongoing follow-up (e.g. Ariba, ASG, SIFDE, AAA, etc.)
• Reconciling invoices and statements
• Processing invoices for government entities and maintaining accounting logs.
• Supporting events and customer care initiatives
• Maintaining effective and consistent communication with customers
• Receiving customer requests, creating opportunities and quotations in CRM, coordinating internal review when required, and sending finalized quotations to customers
• Monitoring Azure portal overages, registering orders in CRM, and coordinating with Finance and Accounting for billing
• Reviewing renewal opportunities, verifying contract documentation, and registering orders in CRM for Finance processing
• Coordinating with legal, licensing specialists, and management to prepare, approve, and submit customer proposals
• Contacting key accounts to follow up on outstanding payments, coordinating payment commitments, and providing updates to Accounting
• Creating and updating sales opportunities and documentation in CRM and maintaining accurate opportunity information.
