As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing, implementing and managing creative and data-driven marketing initiatives that strengthen Inova Solutions’ position as a trusted Solutions Partner. You will design and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and retention. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with a strong foundation in AI systems (including model creation and large language models) and has a passion for leveraging technology to enhance marketing strategies. Skilled in bilingual communication (English and Spanish) with exceptional written and verbal proficiency, enabling effective engagement across diverse markets. Adept at crafting compelling content, analyzing consumer behavior and implementing data-driven campaigns that drive brand growth and customer loyalty. The Marketing Manager is known for creativity, adaptability and a strategic mindset in fast-paced environments.

General requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business-to-Business (B2B) or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in driving marketing growth (increasing company´s visibility, leads, sales, etc.), digital marketing or a similar position
Hands-on experience with CRM and CMS platforms
Must be a current legal resident of Curacao.

Main functions and responsibilities

Developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance engagement and generate measurable results.
Creating compelling and persuasive content for advertisements, email campaigns, social media posts, blogs and websites.
Managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM and digital advertising.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Managers and Design, to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
Managing and growing Inova Solutions’ social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
Using data-driven insights to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for brand growth.
Staying current with industry and digital marketing trends, including Microsoft updates and new technologies relevant to our market.
