For this position in Curacao, Inova Solutions is looking for a responsible, flexible, meticulous and dedicated individual. As a Sales Support Officer, you will assist the Sales team not only be representing Inova Solutions but also develop business and increase profitability in the designated territory. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): :

  • Creation of leads in CRM;
  • Creation of opportunities through Telesales;
  • Updating CRM data;
  • Supporting sales activities for the sales team;
  • First line support for customers;
  • Creation of Estimates/Quotations with help of License/business desk;
  • Organizing meetings and appointments with and on behalf of our Sales manager and myself;
  • Answering and/or dispatching question existing customer toward Operations or towards Territory Manager;
  • Supporting Marketing department in events and activities;
  • Supporting activities for Customer Care Program.

Educational Requirements:

The candidate should have at least a University Degree, preferably in International Business, IT and/or Marketing.  The candidate should master the English language and have excellent reporting and administrative skills.
The Sales Support officer will report to the Territory Manager in Curaçao.
