Job Overview



For this challenging job we are looking for an experienced professional who is able to manage and keep the complete financial administration of our rapidly growing organization in Curacao. You will be responsible for the daily bookkeeping, finances and periodic reports.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking care of day to day accounting activities
  • Responsible for monthly tax returns
  • Timely monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Cash flow and credit management

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • At least three years of relevant work experience
  • Able to work as a team player as well as individually
  • Proactive, result driven and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch. Spanish and Papiamentu is a plus.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in Accounting software, preferably QuickBooks

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Support / Internal User Support

In the past few years, a substantial part of our sales processes has been automated in our Dynamics CRM platform. As we are continuously developing our systems we are looking for reinforcement on the team. For this new position in our company we are looking for a candidate with the following requirements:

  • The candidate should have at least a Bachelor Degree in relevant area
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM as Application Support or System Customizer (preferably version 2016 or above)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office365 platform
  • General knowledge of sales/operational processes
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Papiamentu and Dutch are a pre)
  • Willingness to work in a swiftly changing environment

Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)

Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) are the premier technical and instructional experts on Microsoft technologies, and are the only individuals authorized to deliver training using Microsoft Official Courseware. Inova Solutions is looking for an independent MCT to assist in future trainings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver Microsoft IT Pro Trainings
  • Develop and deliver learning solutions to improve business performance
  • Maintain training material and applications
  • Recommended improvements needed in programs


  • Reside in Puerto Rico
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills (English and Spanish)
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Extensive knowledge of training techniques on Microsoft technology
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Strong client service orientation
