Skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years proven overall work experience in designing and delivering end-to-end IT solutions in Microsoft 365, Azure, Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, Data & AI and Managed IT Services
• Required are the following Microsoft certifications: AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-800, SC-300 or higher
• Technology affinity, affluent experience managing and customizing software
• Strong written and verbal skills in English
• Understanding Microsoft IT solutions
• Self-Management and Time-Management
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Customer focus
• Managed services experience a plus
Main functions and responsibilities
• Assessing and implementing Microsoft-based IT solutions for customers in areas such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, Data & AI and Managed IT Services
• Conducting technical need assessments to identify pain points and tailor the appropriate solution architecture for each customer
• Designing and delivering product demos and proof-of-concepts to customers and internal teams, effectively translating technology into business value
• Setting up and managing test environments and pilot projects using Microsoft tools and partner integrations
• Supporting secure deployments by configuring identity, security policies, backups and compliance features (DLP, MFA, Purview, etc.)
• Providing functional and technical support, including user enablement, troubleshooting and post-deployment optimization
• Proactively monitoring customer environments and recommending improvements or cost-saving measures (e.g., license rightsizing, hybrid setup or automation)
• Building trusted customer relationships through regular engagement, virtual or onsite check-ins and regional visits
• Keeping updated with Microsoft certifications and trends by participating in ongoing training and enablement
• Ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal processes, including service tickets, checklists and solution handovers
• Updating knowledge of IT trends continuously and attending relevant training programs
• Completing all procedural, administrative and position-related duties as required.
