We are seeking an Azure Customer Success Manager located in the Caribbean (remote). This role involves organizing and sharing knowledge internally, designing and delivering Microsoft Azure presentations. Responsibilities also include actively engaging with Caribbean customers to drive cloud migration and increase Azure usage in designated accounts, with a focus on enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Networking or related 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven advanced Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or higher 
  • Technology affinity 
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English and Spanish  
  • 3+ years proven overall work experience with Azure and Microsoft solutions 
  • Up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology and public cloud solutions  
  • Self-Management and Time- Management skills 
  • Negotiation capabilities 
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities 
  • Practical with excellent communication skills 
  • Customer focused
  • Availability to travel 
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft industry and market 

Main functions and responsibilities

  • Organizing knowledge and or sharing it within the organization such as designing, organizing, and delivering product presentations, webinars, etc., to internal resources and customers related to Microsoft Azure Solutions 
  • Actively engaging with customers throughout the Caribbean Region and thereby designing, organizing, and delivering strategies to move to the Cloud
  • Commercially responsible for the consumption and increase of the use of Azure of designated accounts and or new accounts
  • Increasing customer satisfaction with regards to doing business with Inova Solutions 
  • Discovering customer needs for Azure implementation in his/her company
  • Present Azure solutions to customers
  • Reviewing Cloud propensity reports 
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to frequently interact with key accounts
  • Determining Azure related KPI’s together with Inova Solutions’ Management and Microsoft Partner Development  
  • Working with Product Managers to build campaigns and strategies to achieve KPI´s
  • Continuously monitoring Azure programs to adjust the strategy as required
  • Reviewing Microsoft and third-party new sources related to Azure developments and updates
  • Attending Azure events 
  • Working with Inova Solutions’ Management to develop a continuous education plan
  • Reviewing Microsoft and third-party training materials to achieve Microsoft certifications as a continuous education plan
  • Working with Marketing Team to create marketing activities that support key objectives
  • Collaborating with Product Management Teams to train staff
  • Analyzing how misaligned standards affect the customer´s business goals
  • Suggesting the customer strategies to be aligned with the best practices
  • Bringing value to business with IT by supporting the customer in (re)-defining their processes
  • Building a roadmap for the customer 12 months in advance, with recommendations to meet business goals
  • Prioritizing urgent customer needs and analyzing risks
  • Creating an IT budget for the customer
  • Gathering customer´s business requirements and translating them to functional and technical specifications
  • Being able to analyze customer data and transform these into agile business solutions with applications
