Compliance and Operations Assistant

The Compliance and Operations Assistant plays an essential role to ensuring our operations remain accurate and efficient, particularly when collaborating with industry leaders such as Microsoft. In this position, you will play a central part in our order processing workflow, working directly with Account Managers and our IT department to facilitate seamless operations. Your support will be integral to maintaining system performance, resolving operational issues, and continuously identifying opportunities to enhance our processes. Skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of proven work experience as an Administrative or Compliance Assistant
• Experience working with online portals or platforms
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• High proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• High Level knowledge of Excel
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365 apps
• Data analysis
• Time Management
• Attention to detail
• Proactivity
• Strong self-management combined with clear communication and thorough reporting
• Technology affinity.

Main functions and responsibilities
• Assisting in monitoring and implementing vendor compliance requirements, including those related to Microsoft CSP and Volume Licensing programs
• Supporting Microsoft audits by compiling documentation and performing basic compliance checks
• Assisting the CSP orders processes, ensuring Dynamics CRM and QuickBooks records remain accurate and up to date
• Supporting the functional operation of sales and transaction software, reporting issues and keeping track of improvements
• Assisting with maintaining and updating company documents, templates, and manuals to ensure accuracy, compliance and reliability
• Supporting in, testing scenarios, and process optimizations
• Any other activity related to the position as required by the supervisor.
