Main functions and responsibilities
- Developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance engagement and generate measurable results.
- Creating compelling and persuasive content for advertisements, email campaigns, social media posts, blogs and websites.
- Managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM and digital advertising.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Managers and Design, to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
- Managing and growing Inova Solutions’ social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Using data-driven insights to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Staying current with industry and digital marketing trends, including Microsoft updates and new technologies relevant to our market.
Required Skills and qualifications

General requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business-to-Business (B2B) or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in driving marketing growth (increasing company´s visibility, leads, sales, etc.), digital marketing or a similar position
- Hands-on experience with CRM and CMS platforms
- Must be a current legal resident of Curacao.
